About Us We represent the Buyers from all over the world and as a Buyer's Council, our Trade body of Buying Agents is the only Federation which will be very useful to Government of India in its efforts to boost exports from India. We, Federation of Buying Agents (FBA) is an apex body of Service Providers primary representing the categories ofApparels, textiles, House-ware, Engineered products and Lifestyle products. FBA is a registered not-for-profit Association and has a pan India presence with current strength of 480 Members and growing rapidly. Our primary interest lies in supporting the Growth of global trade from the Indian Subcontinent and Generating opportunities and avenues for trade to flourish. Our Members act as the “eyes and ears” for the International Clients and support their business within Indian Subcontinent, be it in managing their Sourcing needs OR in managing their Supply Chain OR in Helping them build a network with India. So we are the Buyer’s Council and represent Buyers from all over the world. Our Key categories of Operations cover Accessories, Apparel, Carpets, Cosmetics, Footwear, Furnishings, Furniture , Gifts, Hand Tools, Home-décor, Processed/Packaged food Stuff, Textile, Spices and Engineered Products. Our Fraternity collectively manages nearly 70% of the Intl Trade in these Sectors which makes us an a key stakeholder in the Bilateral Trade activity. FBA Members are also well versed with international Compliance standards and Product quality requirements. Hence, play a very important role in hand holding and filling the gap between the International Client expectation and the Indian Business sensibilities. WE act as the linking pin bridging the gaps between the two distinctly and diversely different business personalities to make it happen smoothly. Our Key categories of Operations cover Houseware, Kitchenware, Wall décor, Rugs, Mats, Gift Accessories, Wood-Metal furniture, Table-floor lighting ; footwear; Women’s everyday use products, Spices Garden Products, Pet Products, Jewellery costume and semi-precious Glassware, Bone and lacquerware, Party ware, Floral products, Stationary, Ceramics, textiles and Other similar Labour intensive Categories. At FBA, our main aim is to increase avenues for members in Bilateral trade and to this we always look for a possible area for mutual benefit.
